Many of our mortgage customers offer the programs as an incentive to come to a first meeting or a reason to come back after they do their research and find out what the standard mortgage rates are. Others use the programs to replace hich cost items inside of the deal. As an example they replace a home inspection or dicsount on closing costs with this offer. At the end of the transaction the customer still ends up with an extra that was used to close the deal but in the case of our program it only cost $10. If you switch out a $200 or $200 off closing costs you just netted an additional $190, on each deal! If you are a high volume broker the difference can be millions.
